All projects require a 50% non refundable down payment before the site will be started.

Sports-Innovation does not create content for web sites, all content must be supplied by the client or entered by the client.

Any work done for client may not be reproduced without written permission. In the case that any of our code is reproduced client must pay $4100 per instance plus any legal fees incurred.

Privacy

Sports-Innovation will not solicit any contact information of any of our clients.

Sports-Innovation will not share information such as ownership of a site, other businesses the owner may be involved in, or any other private information about any of our clients.
